Is Winston membership free?
Yes, Winston membership is completely free. Our privately negotiated rates and the associated perks are exclusive to our travel agency clients, which is why membership is required to access them.
What kind of luxury hotels will I get preferential rates & perks with?
With Winston, you'll enjoy preferential rates and perks at over 5,000 luxury hotels worldwide. We have access to member benefits at renowned brands like Four Seasons, Fairmont, Belmond, Mandarin Oriental, Six Senses, Shangri-La, Ritz Carlton, and many more.

If your preferred hotel isn’t part of our network, don’t worry! We’ll personally reach out to the hotel on your behalf and do our best to secure special perks for you.
How are you able to get perks for your clients?
As a full-service luxury travel agency, our longstanding industry relationships allow us to secure preferred rates and exclusive access to all the key hotel networks and inventory.

Our travel agents are able to focus on making sure each member is looked after and receives the best treatment each time they book with us. Apart from pre-negotiated perks, we also contact each hotel on your behalf reminding them to treat our customers as the VIPs that they are.
Are room upgrades and other hotel perks guaranteed for every stay?
We can't guarantee room upgrades for every stay as those are typically subject to availability at check-in. We find our members get upgraded around 70-80% of the time, but nearly all of our bookings include additional perks that you won't get through other online booking platforms.
Will I still earn loyalty points on my bookings with Winston?
Absolutely! If you’re part of a hotel loyalty network (Hilton Honors, Marriott Bonvoy, etc.), we’ll make sure you continue to earn points on each stay.
What does it mean to be a member of Winston?
Your membership includes direct access to browse and book our preferred hotels as well as their associated perks. You also have access to our hotel booking concierge, meaning an industry expert looking out for you, to ensure you get the absolute best experience wherever you’d like to stay.

Who am I paying when I make a booking?
When you make a booking through us, you’re not paying Winston directly. We are a no-fee agency, meaning we don’t charge our clients for bookings. Instead, your card details are securely passed directly to the hotel to reserve your accommodation. The hotel will charge your card either at the time of booking or, more commonly, upon your arrival, depending on the terms of the rate you’ve chosen.
Am I limited to what hotels I can book through Winston?
While we have access to specially negotiated rates with nearly every luxury hotel network, we can work with any hotel you’d like to book. You can browse our hotel inventory upon signing up. If you have one in mind that you don't see on there, send us an email to hello@winston.travel and we'll see what we can do.
Do you also offer flights and trip planning?
Yes, we offer full-service travel planning for our high-budget clients (starting at $20k spend/week), covering everything from flights to customized itineraries. However, our true passion lies in luxury hotels, where we excel at ensuring that each client enjoys the ultimate VIP experience. Give us a try, and let us elevate your stay to new heights!
How do you make money?
We generate revenue by curating bespoke travel experiences for our high-budget clients and earning a modest commission on bookings made for our members.
