When you make a booking through us, you’re not paying Winston directly. We are a no-fee agency, meaning we don’t charge our clients for bookings. Instead, your card details are securely passed directly to the hotel to reserve your accommodation. The hotel will charge your card either at the time of booking or, more commonly, upon your arrival, depending on the terms of the rate you’ve chosen.
